Housekeeping was noticeably lacking. I had to request basic services multiple times. There was also confusion regarding the hotel's two different names and entrances, making my check-in quite frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast options were disappointingly average compared to other places I've stayed in Hanoi.

I had an amazing 3-night stay! The location was super central, perfect for exploring all the city chaos. The breakfast buffet was great, with everything from strong coffee to local dishes. The upbeat front desk staff made my days even better. Highly recommended! 😊

i had a great stay at san premium. the hotel is conveniently located near the old quarter and the train station for sapa, yet it’s not too close to the noise. jasmine at the front desk was super helpful in planning my excursions, making sure everything went smoothly. they even offer complimentary bicycles for exploring!

The staff here are amazing! Jerry at the front desk is like a walking guidebook-helped us navigate the area and find the best eats in town! The breakfast spread was very nice, we particularly enjoyed all the tasty local flavors, and the pho was to die for!

I stayed in the Balcony Double, City View Room for 4 nights. It was spacious and clean. The elevator access was great for a quieter stay. The shower had awesome water pressure. The breakfast was a highlight—definitely go for the fresh pho and omelet. The staff, especially Mike, were super helpful with organizing my tours and even helped me with a currency exchange. I felt really safe as a solo traveler, which is a big deal for me!
